Dan realized over 10 years ago that true freedom can only be accomplished by owning his own business.  He decided to open a martial arts school and devote his life to the thing he really loved.  After years of owning and operating a successful martial arts facility, Dan realized that the business was owning him.  As his freedom disappeared and the stress of conventional business operations grew, he always thought no matter how challenging it was, at least he was doing the thing he really loved to do.

But he soon came to realize that the business of running a martial arts school was not allowing him sufficient time to actually do the martial arts.  Which is what he really loved.  He needed to get his time back.
